1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within **1–3 business days** after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order we believe is fraudulent or in violation of our terms.

2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

3. Shipment Tracking
- Every order ships with a **tracking number** sent to the email on file.
- Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment via the carrier’s tracking portal.
- If tracking shows **“Delivered”**, Collecthits.com considers the order fulfilled. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
- If you believe your package was stolen after delivery, you must file a report with your local law enforcement and the carrier directly.

4. Address Accuracy — Customer Responsibility
- **Customers are solely responsible** for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
- Collecthits.com is **not liable** for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
- Address changes **cannot be made** after an order has been shipped.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages
- If your tracking shows no movement for more than **10 business days**, contact us at support@collecthits.com.
- We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
- Collecthits.com reserves the right to **wait for the carrier’s investigation to conclude** before issuing any resolution.
- Packages confirmed lost by the carrier will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
- **We do not issue refunds for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.**

6. Damaged Items
- If your item arrives damaged, you must:
1. **Take clear photos** of the damaged item AND the original packaging.
1. Contact us at support@collecthits.com within **48 hours** of delivery.
- Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.
- Failure to retain original packaging may void your damage claim.

7. Refused & Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is refused by the customer or returned as undeliverable, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are **non-refundable**.
- A restocking fee of up to **15%** may be applied to returned items.

8. International Shipping
- International customers are responsible for all **customs fees, duties, and taxes** imposed by their country.
- Collecthits.com has no control over customs delays.
- We will **not** declare packages as “gifts” or undervalue items on customs forms. Any request to do so will result in order cancellation.
- International orders are **final sale** unless the item arrives damaged (see Section 6).

9. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
- Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, you **must** contact us at support@collecthits.com and allow us **5 business days** to resolve your concern.
- Chargebacks filed while a support case is open and pending resolution will be treated as fraudulent disputes.
- We maintain thorough records of all orders, including: order confirmations, tracking data, delivery confirmations, and communications. This documentation **will be submitted** to your bank or payment provider in the event of a dispute.
- Customers found to have filed fraudulent chargebacks will be **permanently banned** from Collecthits.com and may be reported to relevant authorities.

10. Fraud Prevention
- All orders are subject to fraud screening. We may contact you to verify your identity before shipping.
- Orders flagged for suspicious activity may be delayed or cancelled without notice.
- Collecthits.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
- Any attempt to exploit our policies through false claims of non-delivery or damage constitutes **fraud** and will be pursued accordingly.
