Before placing a Pre-Order with us at CollectHits, please take note of the following terms and conditions:

1. Combined Shipping: When you place a Pre-Order (or Back-Order) item in your cart, all other items in that cart will be shipped together with the Pre-Order item. This means that if a Pre-Order item has an estimated shipping time of 1 month, you'll need to wait 1 month for all items in the cart to be shipped. If you prefer non-pre-order items to be shipped immediately, kindly place them in a separate cart and check out as a separate order. Please note that orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially canceled.

2. Payment: Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases will be charged to your Card/PayPal immediately upon purchase. Orders can be canceled before shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we incur when the initial transaction is made. The cancellation fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
